Once you have completed the registration process you will be taken to your golf society’s account page called “My Account”
From there Simply Click “Manage Your Website”
To Update Your Information
Click the "Edit Icon" in the Top Right Hand Corner of the Area you wish to update
Enter Your Information in the Pop Up Window
After you have finished entering your data simply Click "Save" and Close the Pop Up Window. Click "Refresh" to view your updated information.
Note: Click My Golf Society at any stage to be taken directly to your society page.
Important: Don’t forget to Save your data each time you modify it!

When you have successfully submitted the form a member of the mygolfsociety.ie team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your travel details and begin the booking process for your golf holiday.
Important: We also have many other packages that are not on the website so if you can't find something that suits simply contact us and we will endeavour to satisfy your query.

Booking your golf with us is easy.
Firstly, Click “My Golf Outings” on the main navigation bar.
Secondly, follow the simple step by step “New Outing Request” process outlined. Repeat this process until you have selected your desired number of outings.
Finally, Click “Submit”
Once you have submitted your outing requests, a member of the mygolfsociety.ie Team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all necessary details and begin booking your golf. Please note all bookings are provisional only. We will contact you directly to confirm if we have availability for your preferred dates, courses, times or to suggest any suitable alternatives.

8. How do I book a Golf Package for my society on mygolfsociety.ie?

Our golf packages offer you the easiest way to book your annual society golf outings. The step by step process is very simple...
Step 1: Click “Golf Packages” on the main Navigation Bar.
Step 2: Choose your desired Golf Package from our list.
Step 3: Enter Your Preferred Start Time, Finish Time & No. of Golfers
Step 4: Click “Submit”
Once you have submitted your Golf Package request, a member of the mygolfsociety.ie Team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and all necessary details.

9. How do I use the mygolfsociety.ie Shop?

Using our shop is easy. It has been designed to meet the needs of everyone. We offer clients a payment system like no other. We are very aware that golf societies for the most part do not have credit cards and may not have large volumes of cash on hand at any one stage. So our system has been designed to cater for everyone’s needs. Follow the process below and you can’t go wrong.
Step 1: Click “Shop” on the Navigation Bar
Step 2: Choose from our selection of “Product Ranges”
Step 3: Browse through our products, Select your desired items
If you are purchasing clothing you have the option to logo or personalise the item at this stage.
If you decide to buy the item, click on order now and it will be added to your Shopping Cart.
When you have finished shopping and decide to checkout you will be asked to login to your account or Register for a Shop Account.
Once you have logged into your account you have 2 Payment Options. Option 1: Pay by Credit Card (using Realex Payments) Option 2: Pay by Cheque.
After you have decided which method of payment you prefer you will receive email confirmation of your order. If you decided to pay by credit card, your order will be processed and dispatched immediately. If you have chosen to pay by cheque your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as the cheque clears.
Delivery Times will vary depending on your order details.
Please Note: For our protection no orders will be dispatched until items have been paid for in full.

10. My golf society doesn’t have a credit card, can we pay by cheque?

Yes, we are very aware of the fact that most golf societies do not have a credit card at their disposal so we have designed our online shop to allow you pay by cheque also. When you reach the payment stage of your order simply click “Pay by Cheque” and follow the guidelines from there.
